Dravik hasn't launched yet, so these terms describe the app as it exists in testing. They'll be finalized before public launch.
Dravik grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. Don't copy, decompile, resell, or interfere with how it works.
Photos you capture are yours. Only photograph motorcycles you have a right to photograph. Don't use Dravik to capture identifiable people, private property you don't have access to, or anything you don't have the right to shoot.
Dravik has no purchases, subscriptions, or in-app currency today. If that changes before launch, this section will say exactly what's paid and what isn't.
The app itself (its design, code, rarity system, and branding) belongs to Dravik. The card artwork generated from your photos is yours to keep and share.
Brand, model, year, and rarity are determined by AI vision models (see the Privacy Policy) and Dravik's own tier data. They can be wrong: a misidentified bike, a misjudged rarity, an occasional refusal to recognize something real. This is a collecting game, not a valuation or appraisal tool.
Dravik is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including that identification will be accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that it will remain available on any given platform indefinitely (it's currently in testing, not a shipped product).
Dravik isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Since there are currently no purchases, there's no monetary cap tied to payments; that will be added if paid features ship.
You can stop using Dravik anytime by deleting the app; see the Privacy Policy for what that deletes. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse of the app or violation of these terms.
These terms may change before and after launch. Last updated: August 8, 2026.
To be finalized before public launch.
